4I Called to see about getting a replacement part because it broke after only six uses and was told I needed to purchase it. Or return the entire thing to Amazon and re-buy it directly from walking wheels. What a horrible thing to do to somebody who’s going through such a hard time with their dog. So now I can’t return it and I have a wheelchair that I’m afraid to put my dog in for fear she will slide out of the leg loops ,If it wasn’t for that it was a great deal. Very well-made other than the plastic clip what was broken so the lack of customer service makes it less of a value for the money because you can send out things that don’t work and we’re stuck with them,The product was very easy to ensemble and customize and very easy to put on and off. Although the product comes with a handbook, it was easier for me to follow the ensembling video on Youtube posted by the same company. the Walkin' Wheels works like a charm and my dog acts happier by having the freedom to move around despite the issues with her hips and back legs. I had a concern with the shipping, I wrote a note to the company, and they were very responsive.The harness is a bit complicated, but esdy once you figure out how to rig it.Certainly improved our pooches quality of life.I really like the sturdiness of this wheelchair. It was definitely worth every penny. My puppy was injured very badly and ended up paralyzed in his back legs. Thank you walk-in Pets for giving my baby his legs (wheelchair) back again !!!Lots of things for animals are cheap and shoddy, but this is a real medical device, just made for dogs. I was seriously impressed by the engineering and thought that went into it. The customer service in the way they had everything pre adjusted to my doxie's measurements blew me away. Someone really cared enough to make it easy. It works great, and my little fella absolutely loves having his independence back.The product didn't fit and the seller doesn't offer exchange. We paid the postal fee of $28 dollars to return and they charged an additional $75 to restock (we returned it in the exact condition and packaging it was received.She will not all me or my husband put it on she bites us and she's not a mean and aggressive dog to us she 14 had her 3 months old. She a corgi Shepard body like Shepard and length like a corgi but bigger . She's a weird sized breed. Now way to explain this on her doesn't allow me to write her awkwardness so it doesn't fit right and she absolutely hates it
